New House Farm Bed and Breakfast offers two large family rooms, the Eggardon at the front of the house and the Pilsdon at the rear. Both offer spacious ensuite facilities, colour LCD television with freeview, large walk-in wardrobe, refrigerator and tea/coffee making facilities. Each room features a double bed and a single with pull-out full-sized single bed underneath. Travel cot and high chair available. Free wi-fi internet access.

The 20' Eggardon Room sleeps up to 4, is light and spacious and has a south-facing balcony enjoying views across the countryside. It also has a 'divider' allowing you to section off the room enabling privacy for sharing families. There is also a comfortable sofa.

A traditional breakfast is served in the relaxing Breakfast Room which has a large window allowing guests to watch the thriving bird activity in the garden. There is also the opportunity to see wildlife even closer via a webcam where you can watch the nesting birds build, produce and raise their chicks.
